20/04/07 Dilute produces tracks for Creative Labs new Zen V Plus. In association with Creative Labs, Dilute Recordings have recorded, produced and mixed 2 of the 6 tracks provided as sample tracks on Creative’s MP3 players. Tracks by artists Soundcorruption and HiJera were all placed on the cool new media player. [full story]

15/4/07 Dilute mixes and masters tracks for the next edition of the MOTO GP series MOTO GP 07 game for the XBOX 360. Once again, our friends and game music publishers Platinum Sound Publishing approached us here at Dilute to edit, mix and master tracks for the ultra cool motorbike racing game. [full story]

30/03/07 Dilute starts new Wii sound design and music project. Dilute are currently working on initial sound design and music score for an exciting new project for the Wii. For obvious reasons we can’t say too much, but we are now in the process of initial recording and scoring of the sound track and sound design. [full story]

21/3/07 Dilute mixes MrDerry track for release on 7” vinyl with the uber cool Worst Case Scenario records. Once again we’ve been working with our good friends at Worst Case Scenario records to help them with their next release. ‘Brummy’ indie blues rockers Mr Derry had recorded 2 tunes with Gavin Monaghan that needed mixing for release in June / July. 15/2/07 Dilute provides tracks for new extreme sports movie. Groundbreaking filmmaker Thierry Donard’s new film ‘Heroes of Freeride’ has used 7 songs produced and mixed by Dilute as part of its soundtrack.[full story]

15/01/07 Dilute records super cars in surround on rolling road. With the help and permission of our friends at JP McGurk Ltd, the Dilute sound design team headed off to Warwick to record their collection of super cars. Ranging from top end BMW’s (M3 / M6 etc) to Ferrari’s and Aston Martins we recorded everything from pass bys, exhaust sounds, engine sounds and rev limits to overall car ambience and ‘other’ extras. 07/9/06 Dilute records percussion session in Wales. It doesn’t sound glamorous does it? but our recording team headed down to Wales (near Caerphilly) to record an exclusive percussion piece written by the Australian composer Jonathan Little as part of a larger compilation of works that he (and others) will release through us. Our good friends at Platinum Sound Publishing have asked us (nicely!) to produce some audio content for their new website, which goes live soon. 24/04/06 Dilute records and mixes theOracleboy track for release on 7” vinyl with the uber cool Worst Case Scenario records. Talented alternative act, theOracleboy were recorded by us in yet ‘another’ church, this time near Peterborough! All the elements of the track ‘Clovers’ were recorded in the church to provide the ethereal sound needed. [full story]

As part of our ongoing relationship with game developers and publishers, Dilute was ask to create some sound effect elements for the Trackmania Sunrise game for the PC. We were asked to create a series of car engine, crashes and surface sounds for use in the exciting game play. [full story]

21/07/05 Dilute records ‘old school’ rock and Jazz legends. In a recording session based at the famous Great Linford Manor Studios (Jamiroquai, PJ Harvey etc). Dilute recorded a Swing and Jazz session with Guitar Amp legend Jim Marshall, Guitar legend Bert Weeden and Dudley Moore’s backing band of 15 years through the classic EMI Neve Console. [full story]
